How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payment options such as PayFast and EFT (for South African customers).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders as soon as they’re received, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–9 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free delivery — check our promotions for current offers.
